Viacom does not conduct online behavioral advertising on any Services (or portions thereof) that are directed to children as defined under COPPA or where Viacom has actual knowledge that a user is under 13 years of age.
First Party Advertisements: We work with third parties that may collect and use information about your visits to and use of Services and non-affiliated websites and applications in order to provide online behavioral advertising to you. For example, we work with third party data management platforms (DMPs) to collect data and information about your use of our sites so that we may customize advertising and content provided to you when viewing our Services. In addition, we use ad servers (Ad Servers) to serve such online behavioral advertising to you. We also work with certain third parties to use data collected on or through the Services or third party services to provide online behavioral advertising on third party platforms or on other devices (Remarketing).
Analytics: We work with third parties that collect and use information about your visits to and use of the Services for analytics purposes to better understand how users interact with our services and for troubleshooting and maintenance of our Services (Analytics Providers).
Third Party Advertisements: We work with third parties that may permit non-affiliated entities to deliver online behavioral advertising to you, including supply-side platforms (SSPs).

Mobile and Over-the-Top Applications: Please note that the choices described above may not apply to data collected, used, or transferred from mobile or over-the-top (such as Roku) applications. Your mobile or over-the-top devices may offer settings that enable you to make choices about the collection, use, or transfer of mobile app or over-the-top information for online behavioral advertising (for example, Apple iOS' Advertising ID, Google Android's Advertising ID and the Roku Identifiers for Advertisers). You can withdraw consent for our collection, use, and transfer of this precise location information by adjusting the location settings on your device.
